Before you visit :
- To sell in-store, you must be at least 18 years or older.
- Valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport or provincial identity card) is required by law to complete any transaction.
- Please bring any items you wish to have appraised, including jewelry, silverware, coins or bullion. There is no need to clean or polish your items before bringing them in.
- If available, you can bring along documents such as certificates, appraisals or purchase receipts. These are useful, but not mandatory.
- All the silver items must display a recognized hallmark (such as 925, STER or Sterling) to be eligible for purchase.
- Please note that due to limited workspace in the branch, scales and test equipment can be oriented towards the precious metals analysts. On request, they will be happy to orient the equipment towards you or take photos of the display.
Sell your jewelry:
- Please note that we buy diamonds and some colored gemstones. For diamonds and gemstones under 0.40 carat, We'll be happy to make you an on-the-spot offer.
- For diamonds and large gemstones, we will need to have the stone appraised before making an offer. We can also remove the stones from your jewelry and return them to you.
