Although we mainly buy diamonds, we also buy certain gemstones. If you own jewelry containing precious stones, please do not hesitate to visit us or call us to find out if it is a gemstone we are actively looking for.
We can appraise diamonds up to 0.40 carat on the spot. Larger diamonds can be sent to our other stores, which have GIA gemologists on hand to appraise them.
When we appraise your jewelry, we can do so without including the value of diamonds and precious stones. So, if you intend to keep them, we can carefully remove them and return them to you, buying only the precious metal part of your jewelry. For example, you may have a set of beautiful diamonds from a pair of earrings that you'd like to keep and place in a more modern setting. Here again, no problem. We'll carefully separate them from their current setting in your presence.
